HR Administrator (12 month FTC)

We have an exciting opportunity within our very busy HR Operations Team.

We're looking for a driven and motivated individual to work within our small team of dedicated Administrators.

As a key member of the team, you'll provide varied and interesting administration support, meeting required timescales and expected service standards.

About You
In your role you’ll provide a high standard of HR Administration for all existing staff members across the Society. This will involve you supporting with a variety of areas across the employee lifecycle (e.g. completing internal change letters and contracts, issuing eye care vouchers, processing maternity leave, etc) whilst keeping the Society’s HR systems up to date.

Excellent interpersonal skills will help you in effectively supporting managers and employees across the organisation. You will also need to have a high standard of attention to detail and be comfortable using your initiative.

To be a success in this role you'll need: 

  • Strong experience within a fast paced HR administrative role;
  • Highly developed sense of excellent customer service;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • The ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • A high level of confidentiality is essential.
