About the role

As a Digital Specialist, the person in post will play a key role in delivering clear and engaging digital communications while leveraging research and analytics to enhance digital performance and engagement.

The role holder will manage website content and campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders to optimise performance and achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Change team (Developers, Business Analysts, and Testers) to implement website changes.
  • Deliver high-quality campaign content for the Society’s website, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Manage and optimise website content for key events, including AGMs and financial results.

Secondment: Up to 15 months maternity cover

About you

You’ll be enthusiastic about digital marketing, and a have a good work ethic who wants to be part of a talented team to deliver.  

To be successful in this role it’s essential that you will:

  • Have experience in digital marketing and campaign management
  • Be well organised and have excellent attention to detail
  • Have great verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive work attitude and creative mindset
  • Have good analytical and planning skills
  • Have knowledge of web analytics

Desirable experience needed will be:

  • Experience in search engine optimisation (SEO)
  • Financial Services experience
  • Understanding of UX principles
