About the role

We’re excited to be advertising for a Marketing Specialist in the newly formed Homes team. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the role will be working within a fast-paced collaborative environment, where marketing plays a critical role in meeting commercial objectives and delivers meaningful financial solutions for our member and customers.

Our teams are responsible for marketing activity throughout the full funnel, from product launch and acquisition to engagement, cross sell and retention. This role is extremely varied and we’re looking for someone with strong marketing foundations, a test-and-learn mindset and the confidence to challenge the norm and bring a wealth of expertise, passion and energy to this exciting new team.

The team delivers integrated marketing campaigns that drive performance and customer acquisition, while also strengthening brand loyalty through effective cross‑sell and up‑sell activity. They manage all regulatory customer communications and work closely with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are compliant, well‑designed and delivered on time to meet commercial priorities. Their work is supported by strong analysis and data‑driven decision‑making to continually improve results.

Building and maintaining strong relationships will be key to successful comms, so you will be working closely with our product, digital, design and print teams as well as our Legal and Compliance departments. In essence, this role ensures that our company’s messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful across all communication channels.

About you

To be successful in this role it’s essential you:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, with a track record of producing high‑quality marketing materials that meet briefs, deadlines, and agreed objectives 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • A positive, resilient, and proactive approach, with the ability to remain focused and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment 
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to find practical solutions that balance deadlines, budgets, and stakeholder needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively, listen, and build positive working relationships across teams 

Desirable experience will be:

  • Previous experience within the financial services is desirable
  • Knowledge of the mortgage market and/or broker marketing
