About the role

We have a 12 month opportunity to join Marketing as a Marketing Specialist to look after a large, high profile communications campaign.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the role will be working within a fast-paced collaborative environment, where marketing plays a critical role in meeting our commercial objectives.

Our teams are responsible for marketing activity throughout the full funnel, from product launch and acquisition to engagement, cross sell and retention. This role will be extremely varied from looking after regulatory requirements, managing data selections, collateral management and 3rd party communication to agency and project management.

The role will manage regulatory customer communications and work closely with stakeholders to ensure all projects are compliant, well designed and timely. Their work is underpinned by strong analysis and detailed decision-making‑ to maximise success

With a focus on change and building excellence, tackling challenges with enthusiasm and drive, the team is committed to continuous improvement and growth. Building and maintaining strong relationships will be key to successful comms, so you will be working closely with our product, digital, design and print teams as well as our Legal and Compliance departments. In essence, this role ensures that our campaigns are clear, consistent, and impactful across all communication channels.

This role can operate from either our Head Office campus in Binley, Coventry or our Manchester office but as a Group role, travel to both locations will be required. A team-led hybrid working arrangement is in place.

About you

To be successful in this role it’s essential you have:

  • Regulatory marketing experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Collateral management and legal entity experience
  • Proficient at producing effective materials of high quality that meet the brief and deadlines set.
  • Highly organised and with the ability to question and have good attention to detail.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable experience will be:

  •  Important regulatory programme exposure
